Lovely watch, but the strap broke after just 2-days.

A lovely watch. Quality presentation box. Annoyingly the strap came apart after just 2-days. Decided to take it to a jewellers to get it repaired while we waited, as my wife didn’t want to be without a watch (had we sent it back to be sorted out). It is now back on her wrist and it looks nice.
